Some of you who’ve written to me know this story already, but here it is:
A fabulous friend is helping me update my website, and we thought we were working offline, testing whether a post would end up in the new category we were creating. So she wrote this aspirationally wonderful announcement to the universe, and then petered off into blah, blah, blah. We’re both just grateful other language didn’t rise up. You know what I mean!
BUT here’s the part that’s fun! I am working on some things that might not quite be an overnight success story, but are a something, doors opening, possibilities. Any of you who know me realize I’m a close-to-the-vest kind of writer (well, human) and I’m not going to be shouting out things that are “might” or “close” or “working on.”
And so there I was shouting something anyway. A snafu.
I haven’t stopped laughing about how the world works in my neck of the woods these days.
SO NO MAJOR DEAL, but HONESTLY, WHO KNOWS what can happen from day to beloved day?
